Please complete an application form and email it along with the relevant documentation detailed within the form to: admissions@willowbank-inf.wokingham.sch.uk
Applications can only be submitted up to half a term before the place is required.

Please note - admissions are not processed over the school holiday periods and the inbox will next be checked when the school re-opens after the holiday periods. We will respond to all admission enquiries within 15 school days (during term time).
